ESG acquires MKIS (Milton Keynes Instrumentation Services)

are delighted to announce that on 7th June 2018 the business of Milton Keynes Instrumentation Services [MKIS} was acquired by the Everett Smith Group whose head office is in Harrogate, North Yorkshire. Other companies in The Everett Smith Group (including Pullman Instruments) are Climatic Services Ltd (environmental chamber engineers), Calibration UK Ltd (dimensional and Mechanical Calibration Specialists) and Flow-Mon Ltd (manufacturers of flow meters).
Of the three owners of MKIS, two are retiring. They wanted to find a company who would look after their existing customers and who are able to support and add value to their excellent service. Richard Towsend will be joining MKIS Ltd on a permanent full time basis, while Colin Kemp and Raymond Younger will be joining us on a temporary basis to assist with the transition.
We are honoured that Richard, Colin and Raymond chose The Everett Smith Group to carry on their business.

Pullman Instruments and Calibration UK Ltd are both ISO 9001 registered and accredited by UKAS to ISO17025 2005. Climatic Services Limited is ISO 9001 registered and is working towards accreditation by UKAS.
