The C21C (Environmental Health Office) EHO Food Thermometer Kit comprises a C21C Thermometer as well as a PX22L Thermistor (PST) Food Penetration Probe, an SX23L Between Pack Probe, an AX24L 1m Flexible Air Probe, a PW70T pack of Probe Wipes and an MC28 Food Kit Carry Case to keep it all in.
